Grace Beauty Pack manufactures custom skincare refill spout pouches for serum, essence, toner, micellar water, lotion and cleanser. Each pouch is built to your filling volume, spout bore and barrier requirement, then printed with your own artwork.
MOQ 10,000 pcs per design — a 100-pc trial batch is available before you commit. Stock samples ship free. Production runs 15–20 days from artwork approval.
ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certified factory in Shantou, Guangdong — 5 million pouches a month, in flexible packaging since 2008.
Applications
- Serum and essence refills
- Facial cleanser and cleansing gel
- Hand cream and body lotion
- Travel-size and sample formats
The final pouch structure should be selected against the actual formula, filling volume, shelf-life requirement and dispensing method.
Pouch Structure & Material Options
Refill pouches are built as stand-up pouches with a bottom gusset, so the pouch stands upright on shelf and during filling. The film structure is chosen against three variables: the formula's sensitivity to oxygen and light, the shelf life you need to claim, and the filling temperature your line runs at.
- PET/PE — general-purpose structure for non-sensitive lotions and cleansers
- PET/AL/PE — aluminium layer for oxygen and light barrier; the usual starting point for vitamin C, retinol and other actives
- PET/AL/PA/PE — adds nylon for mechanical strength on larger formats and longer distribution chains
Film selection should be confirmed on a filled sample with your actual formula before mass production. Viscosity, pH and preservative system all affect seal performance.
Spout & Cap Options
The spout bore has to match both your product viscosity and your filling nozzle. Send us the nozzle diameter you run and we will match the spout bore and position to it, rather than asking you to adapt your line.
- Position — top-centre for upright retail formats; corner for high-viscosity products that need gravity assist
- Bore — matched to viscosity and flow rate
- Closure — screw cap for refill and travel; flip cap for one-hand dispensing
- Cap colour — custom, to match brand colourways
If you are still specifying the pouch, tell us the product and target fill volume first — spout and structure follow from those two.
Printing & Finishing
Gravure printing on customer-supplied artwork, with matte, glossy and soft-touch finishes. Matte reads premium on a skincare shelf and resists scuffing in transit; soft-touch adds a tactile cue that suits masstige positioning. Artwork is checked for bleed, seal-zone clearance and minimum type size before plates are cut — send files at the dieline stage and we will flag anything that will not hold in print.
Quality Checks Before Mass Production
Every batch is leak- and seal-tested. For a new project we recommend approving a filled sample for drop, compression and filling-line performance before mass production starts — most refill pouch failures trace back to a spout-to-film seal that was never tested with the actual product.
Typical checks on a new structure: heat-seal strength, spout-to-film seal integrity, cap closure torque, leak resistance under compression, and filled-sample transit simulation.
MOQ, Sampling & Lead Time
- MOQ — 10,000 pcs per design. Lower volumes can be discussed for new brands and first orders.
- Custom printed samples — 7–10 days; cost depends on material, size and print coverage.
- Bulk production — 15–20 days after deposit and artwork approval.
- Payment — T/T, 50% deposit to start production, balance before shipment.
FAQ
What is the MOQ for a custom skincare refill pouch?
10,000 pcs per design. A 1,000-pc trial batch of one design is available so you can check appearance, printing and capacity before committing to mass production.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes. Stock samples are free and you cover freight only — we dispatch the same day freight is received. Custom printed samples take 7–10 days and are quoted on material, size and print coverage.
How do you match the pouch to my filling line?
Send your filling method, nozzle diameter and fill volume. We match spout bore and position to your existing line rather than asking you to change equipment.
Which structure should I use for a light-sensitive serum?
PET/AL/PE is the usual starting point for actives sensitive to oxygen and light. For products with a long claimed shelf life, PET/AL/PA/PE adds mechanical strength. Confirm on a filled sample with your actual formula — pH and preservative system affect seal performance.
How long does production take?
15–20 days after deposit and artwork approval. Custom sampling runs 7–10 days.
Are you a certified manufacturer?
Yes — ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certified factory in Shantou, Guangdong, China, producing flexible packaging since 2008.
Send your product type, filling volume, spout preference, artwork status and target quantity. We reply with a spec sheet and quotation within one working day.
