Free Samples
We send physical samples before you commit to production. Stock pouches are free — you cover the freight, and we dispatch the same day the freight payment is received. Custom printed samples take 7–10 days and are quoted on material, size and print coverage.
What you receive
Stock samples are pouches from our existing formats — standard sizes and material structures, unprinted. They let you check three things you cannot judge from a photo: how the film feels in hand, how the spout bore suits your product's viscosity, and whether the pouch stands stable once filled.
If you need to see your own artwork on the pouch, that is a custom printed sample rather than a stock sample.
Cost and dispatch
Stock samples carry no charge. Freight is paid by you at cost, and the pouch is dispatched the same day we receive the freight payment. We ship internationally from Shantou, Guangdong.
Custom printed samples
Custom printed samples run 7–10 days. Cost depends on material, size and print coverage, and is quoted before we produce. If you need more than one option to compare — say two film structures or two spout positions — tell us at the request stage so they can be run together instead of as separate rounds.
What to tell us
The more of this you can send, the closer the sample will be to the pouch you actually need:
- Product type and formulation
- Fill volume per unit
- Viscosity — thin serum, gel, or thick cream
- Filling method, and nozzle diameter if you already run a line
- Target market, since labelling and material rules differ by country
- Whether you need a specific spout bore or cap type
